When is Check In and Check Out?
Check In is 4pm and Check Out is 11 am.  Flexibility is dependent upon whether there is a reservation preceding or following yours.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry. Our property association does not permit pets for visitors.

Are linens included?

Yes - all bedding is provided for your stay.  Please bring your own bath towels.

Is there a pool? Is it heated?

Yes - there is a heated pool. It is available from Memorial Day - Labor day. The pool is conveniently located to the townhome (a short walk).  The pool is maintained by the Property Owner's Association and is public.

Is there a DVD player?

Yes - there is a DVD player as well as a TV with built in VCR. View our Amenities page.

How close is the home to the attractions?

We are conveniently close to the many attractions of the Mt. Washington Valley: Storyland, Santa's Village, North Conway Village, Outlet Shopping and more. View our Location and Attractions pages.  

Booking & Reservations

How do I check availability?

Please check our calendar for availability.

How do I book my reservation?

Please confirm availability on our calendar then contact us to reserve your dates. We will send you a draft of your reservation and rental agreement via email and ask that send a personal check to solidify your reservation.

Where can I find the Rental Agreement?
The Rental Agreement is accepted online when the Reservation is booked. Your 'Reservation Summary' email will include a copy of the Rental Agreement.

How is payment handled?

Once a reservation is confirmed you may send a Personal Check or Cashier's Check. Once received you will receive an email receipt of the payment.

What are the security deposit, tax and cleaning service fees?

A New Hampshire tax of 9% and a standard cleaning service fee will be added to your reservation. The cleaning fee assures proper preparation of the home prior to your stay. A fully refundable deposit of $250 will be added to your order and will be refunded upon acceptable evaluation following your stay.

How will we access the home / receive keys?

You will receive a numeric code to the secure access lock box (which contains a key) in your 'Welcome Email'. The 'Welcome Email' will be sent prior to your stay.
